My story

Started in 2021. Never slowed down.

I got my start in real estate in 2021 and was recognized as a top producer before I turned 30. I got there by staying close to every client and outworking every deal.

Now I co-own TaDa Realty, a family-run brokerage in Friendswood, with my mom, and we run The Pourjahan Team we founded together. That means the staging, photography and paperwork for your move all sit under one roof.

I work with clients in English, French and Persian. Buying a home is stressful enough without translating the contract in your head.

My mom is a realtor too

Arezoo "Azi" Pourgahan spent years as a Houston-area entrepreneur and business owner before she moved into real estate. She has been a REALTOR® for more than three years, is a multi-million dollar producer, and co-owns TaDa Realty with Paige.

She works with buyers and sellers in League City, Clear Lake, the Bay Area and Houston, in English or Persian. Her strengths are negotiation and creative problem-solving, which is what you want on your side when an inspection or appraisal comes back wrong.

About Paige

How long have you been in real estate?

Since 2021. I was recognized as a top producer before turning 30, and today I co-own TaDa Realty in Friendswood with my mom, Azi. We co-founded The Pourjahan Team.

What is the difference between you and TaDa Realty?

TaDa Realty is the brokerage I co-own with my mom. This site is my own practice. When you hire me, you work with me directly, and the brokerage handles the compliance, staging and photography behind the scenes.

Can we work in French or Persian?

Yes. I work with clients in English, French and Persian. If a contract term is clearer in your first language, we go through it that way.

How I work

Will I be handed off to an assistant?

No. I am hands-on from the first call to the closing table. You get my phone number, and I answer it.

What if I am not ready to move yet?

Call anyway. A lot of my best work happens months before a sale, when we can plan repairs, timing and budget without a deadline hanging over you.
